About this Project
At McSweeney Commercial Painting, we completed a project at a 200,000 square-foot manufacturing facility, completed for Hillwood Construction Services. This facility is used for MP Magnetics where rare earth materials are fundamental building blocks of the modern economy. They are used to produce the world’s most powerful and efficient magnets, which enable the electric motors inside EVs, wind turbines, drones and more to function. Designed by RGA Architects in Roanoke, TX, and built by Hillwood Construction Services, this facility was completed in April of 2024. This project included Exterior Texture, Exterior Painting, Interior Drywall Finishing, Exposed Structure Painting, as well as High-Performance Coatings.
